Remove Selection to Copy All Reader Text

Text in any view of the Reader (Known view, Need To Learn view, etc) can be copied and used outside of Chinese Toolbox. However, it's important to understand that if any text is selected, only the selected text will be copied. To copy all text of a view, you must remove the current selection (usually a single character) by pressing the ESC key. Then when you press Ctrl-C all Reader text in the current view will be copied to the Windows clipboard.
