Chinese Toolbox
End User License Agreement

Chinese Toolbox (the Software; the Program) is free to download and install. It supports three modes of operation: TRIAL, FREE, and READER. There is no charge to use Chinese Toolbox in TRIAL and FREE Modes. READER Mode does require a paid license fee of $29.95 per year; other licensing options will be available soon. After purchasing a READER Mode license, you will receive a serial number via email that can be used with Chinese Toolbox. In exchange for the privilege of downloading, installing and using this software, you agree to the following:

• You will not hack or reverse engineer the software.
• You will not modify any of the binary code.
• You will not use the program in READER Mode without paying the license fee.
• You will not use or attempt to use a Chinese Toolbox 2011 serial number that belongs to another person.

Chinese Toolbox 2011 is now available. Prior to downloading, be sure to read through the End User License Agreement.

The developer reserves the right to retire (expire) old versions of Chinese Toolbox. Normally, this would occur only after a newer version of the program is available. Before such were to occur, a conspicuous announcement would appear on the Chinese Toolbox home page a few weeks before such expiration were to take effect.
