Early release of Chinese Toolbox READER 9.2.0.0.

1. This is the first release of  the Chinese Toolbox project with an integrated word dictionary. The dictionary is CC-CEDICT from MDBG.net.
2. This release is the first to support Windows 7. The code no longer blocks untested versions of Windows.
3. The version number was changed from 3 to 4 digits.
4. The search window is hidden at startup, but can be shown. In its place appears the word dictionary window.
